About Us
I’m Alexia, and I run Salt & Flour Bakery, a small-batch sourdough built around slow fermentation and a weekly market rhythm. I keep the lineup intentionally simple and bake in limited quantities each week. I love meeting customers at the market and sharing bread that reflects slow food values: made with care, quality ingredients, and organic whenever possible. I’m an Angeleno with Argentinian and Armenian heritage, and I love letting both my roots and the diversity of Los Angeles inspire the flavors I bake into my breads.
